Ready To Ship Items
All orders ship within 3 business days, you can expect your order to be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Made To Order Items
Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be made before shipment. All made to order items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2 weeks.
If you purchase ready-to-ship items along with made-to-order pieces, your order will be shipped together once everything is complete. If you prefer to receive your in stock items first, please email us as soon as possible so we can do our best to ship your items separately.
We ship all orders via USPS. At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Returns
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Scrunchies are not eligible for returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to confirm whether your order is eligible. Items must be unused and have all original tags attached. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received.
